Maritime Education Hub (MEH) is Officially LIVE!

The Maritime Education Hub (MEH) is now officially LIVE on the BuildSubmarines.com website, under the education page! The Maritime Education Hub is intended for 4th through 12th grade students and educators as an open-source K-12 platform that immerses students in hands-on, technology-enabled maritime learning – covering shipbuilding, repair, ports and more – while aligning with state standards and real-world careers.
New resources and content are constantly being added to the MEH. The mission is to serve the Hampton Roads and broader maritime industrial base across the country. It has been funded through various efforts within the Hampton Roads Workforce Council and BlueForge Alliance.
Education is such an important role in inspiring the next generation of innovators, builders, and problem-solvers. The MEH is a great tool for educating our nation’s future maritime workforce!
