VDMC collaborates with the Virginia Ship Repair Association (VSRA) and the Community College Workforce Collaborative (CCWC) to expand the successful Marine Trades Training courses. These courses include Coatings, Marine Electrician, Outside Machinist, Welding, and Structural Fitting. VDMC conducts learning and content analyses, interviews, and focus groups with subject matter experts to enhance the training curriculum.
